A readily available medical kit designed to provide rapid access to glucagon and insulin during diabetic emergencies in public environments. The kit standardises first-aid response through a clear visual protocol, empowering untrained users to act confidently while promoting safety, inclusion, and awareness in shared spaces.

Research into emergency response equipment highlighted an obvious lack of standardised emergency devices to aid diabetics in everyday environments. This gap in the current “standard” suggested an explicit need to fill it. The Diabetic Emergency Kit (D.E.K.) addresses this, while ushering in the opportunity for an ecosystem of emergency products that fills numerous gaps in standards for emergency response kits.
